COMMUNICATIONS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS -- We want to be a key support player on your special event team by managing your event communications, publicity and promotions. We’ll make sure your website is updated and ready to go, your marketing materials are in place, and your social networking is maximized. We can coordinate and produce your event program, newsletters, and information packages for sponsors and delegates. We will also take care of your media releases, media partnerships, advance media requests, and facilitate the media who are onsite attending your event.

MUSIC PUBLICITY -- We love working with musicians! Our services include publicity campaigns for CD releases, tours, festivals, and other special performances. We offer 16+ years of experience in accessing the perfect partners in print, radio, television, and online, and we utilize our own comprehensive media lists of local, national, and international contacts. We also offer a unique ‘DIY Publicity Kit’ for musicians, that prepares you and gives you all the tools you need to take control of your own publicity.

MARKETING & PROMOTIONS -- We're your one-stop shop for creative services like bios, onesheets, electronic press kits, video footage, website content, and social media. MEDIA RELATIONS -- It may be called media relations, but it’s really about media relationships. That’s why we’ve spent 16+ years getting to know our media contacts professionally and personally. Utilizing our own specially developed databases, we’ll write and distribute media releases, fully execute publicity campaigns, and plan media events. We’ll manage press conferences, arrange media tours, and create media kits. We’ll build your profile, launch your product or service, and establish you as the expert in your field.  

NATIONAL MEDIA DATABASE -- Want to manage your own publicity, but don't have the time to create a media list? We'll draw from our database of national media contacts to provide you with your own customized media list. We maintain extensive data for television, radio and newspapers within Canada, which is constantly being updated with current information including names, titles, email addresses, and phone and fax numbers. We also maintain US media lists, and can research and develop media lists for any other locale in the world. Just tell us where, and we'll make a list for you.

MEDIA TRAINING -- Does your company need a spokesperson? Would you like to brush up on interviewing techniques? Do you wish you were more comfortable in media situations?
